BALKAN CRISIS: Where Will All These People Go?

TUZLA-YOU CAN’T MISS THEM ON THE way to Tuzla, just beyond Melankovic Pass, refugees from the eastern Bosnian towns of Srebrenica and Zepa still swarm over the main road, two months after this drama began. The Bosnian authorities have settled at least 45,000 refugees here since July. And even though the world has long forgotten about them, for both Tuzla’s citizens and the refugees, the question remains: where should all of them go?
